The FREE Life! program can help create a healthier workplace

Delivered by qualified health professionals, including dietitians and exercise physiologists, Life! gives your employees ongoing and personalised support to help them reach their long-term health goals. By living a healthier life, they will also reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke. We will we work with your organisation to tailor the course to the needs of your workplace and staff.

Healthy Living Sessions are a taster of the Life! program and run for approximately 30 – 45 minutes. These can be delivered in your workplace or online by one of our team.

As part of the session, attendees will complete a 2-minute health check to determine if they are eligible for the FREE Life! program. Any eligible attendees can complete the Life! program together as a group.
